Ordering

To order an item, simply click on the Paypal 'add to cart' button next to the product description. This will enable you to pay using your debit or credit card in an entirely secure way.

If you would prefer to pay by cheque, contact me with the product name and price and send a cheque made payable to Eileen Dann. Please note that I shall have to wait for the cheque to clear before the item can be dispatched.

Delivery

The postage and packaging of all UK mainland orders is £2.00. All items are presented in either an ivory organza bag or in a black presentation box - see item description for details. I endeavour to dispatch all orders within 3 working days once full payment has been received and cleared.

If you live outside the UK but would like to make an oder, please contact me and I will calculate a delivery charge for you.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that an item is received damaged, then please contact me within 2 days of it's arrival and a refund or exchange can be arranged. Items will need to be returned in an unused condition in the original packaging.

All refunds will be for the full price paid for the product, but will exlude postage costs. I would advise that a recorded delivery service is used to return any items as I cannot accept responsibility for lost returns.
